Acme file upload check list:

  1. Please compress huge artwork files into a SINGLE COMPRESSED ARCHIVE format like Stuffit (.sit) or ZIP (.zip).
  2. Please limit your file size to NO MORE THAN 20 megs.
  3. Please use SPECIFIC file names related to your band or project in LOWERCASE TEXT WITH NO SPACES OR PUNCTUATION like "creedblows_shirt_01.tif" or "nsync_button.zip". Generic files name like "tshirt.sit" or "button.zip," or adding punctuation like "Bob's_shirt.jpg" will not work & could mean a delay in your order.
  4. Sometimes the Uploader can be touchy. If you are getting an invalid referrer message, then your best bet is to try using a public upload service like yousendit.com.

(Large files can take a bit to upload. Patience is a virture! ...stupid rabbit.)



OPTIONAL FTP INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Open Internet Explorer (sorry foxes) and go to ftp://ftp.acmeprints.com
  2. Click "Page" on the right side of the screen just above the ftp page
  3. Select "Open FTP site in Windows Explorer" from the drop-down.
  4. Username: clientftp1 , password: Elephant1 (CAPITAL 'E'!)
  5. Drag or paste your file into the window that opens.
  6. Dunners!
